The power of a shared cup of chai
Meeta Panicker’s Adda epitomized what a Chai for Cancer is all about: chai, conversation, camaraderie and compassion. Friends, neighbours and strangers met for the first time, came together and spent the day sharing their own experiences with cancer, seeking and giving solace and committing to support those in need.
In moments like these a caring community is born.
Bringing Cancer into the open. Associating it with something as normal as a cup of tea. Bringing people from all walks of life to bond over and drink to a cause.
It’s what keeps us going and what friends are for.
