Dr Reena Nair’s Adda, Kolkata 2022
Dr Reena Nair and her team along with the FOM Kolkata City Chapter Leaders hosted their annual CFC Adda at the Tata Medical Centre, Kolkata. It is tradition for Dr Nair to host an Adda at the hospital and her team was very excited to do this after a gap of two years due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
The doctors and staff of TMC visited the CFC stall and the FOM Volunteers were hands-on all day as patients shared their testimonies, tea cups were raised and CFC T-shirts flew off the counter! Also present was RJ Nilam of Red FM Kolkata who interviewed our patient leaders and captured the best moments from the Adda.
TV9 Bangla also visited our stall at the hospital and interviewed Dr Reena Nair and Viji Venkatesh about Chai for Cancer.
Our gratitude goes to the doctors of Tata Medical Centre – Drs Reena Nair, Tanuj Chawla, DK Mishra, Mohandas, Praveen and Coordinator Shreya – who make these Addas possible every year and always make it a point to take the time out and make their presence felt.
