For five consecutive years the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute in Delhi has been special.
On Sat 26 May, volunteers gathered, banners were put up and the Chai was organised. Dr Dinesh Bhurani and his team led by the petite yet formidable Shamim saw that all arrangements were in place and then everyone began coming to get their cuppa and donate! The Tee Shirts ‘flew’ off the tables and doctors, patients, their families, patient advocates, volunteers, technicians, admin personnel … all came and once again, for the fifth year, it was Chai time with a difference at RGCI
